'Lots of eggs to clean up': SR 18 at Tiger Mountain reopens after delivery truck accident

"Lots of eggs to clean up," Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson tweeted early Tuesday morning.

ISSAQUAH, Wash. — State Route 18 is back open between 104th Street and Tiger Mountain after an incident involving a delivery truck that spilled eggs all over the roadway.

Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson said the accident would "take a bit to clear." The roadway was closed around 4 a.m. and reopened shortly after noon.

Minor injuries were reported.

The truck was traveling west when a vehicle traveling east drove over the centerline, sideswiping the truck and ripping it open.

"Lots of eggs to clean up," Johnson tweeted.
